This past summer I was referred to Ontario Property Management to manage a fourplex in Windsor. I had been told great things about the work done by this company and the reasonable rates they charge their clients.
Unfortunately what was suppose to be a great situation turned into a nightmare not only for my partner and I but also for our tenants". The company was long on promises and short on delivery/.
Repairs and renovations that were billed and paid for never completed!. No effort was made on their part to secure suitable tenants for our units and we were out of pocket $4000".00 dollars?.
The management of this company are not to be trusted as they lack integrity!. I don't know how I am going to get my money back but the lesson was learned not just to take someones advice about people on your team,. Go out and do your own due diligence'. I will not slander the companies name but I do believe they will get what they utimately deserve in the end. 129c498
